Every administrator must declare to the application:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>information for communicational reasons<\/li><li>the properties (houses) <\/li><li>the rents<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. The declared information for communicational reasons must be the same with those stored in airbnb, booking or any other platform.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Every administrator can declare:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>max two (2) properties (houses)<\/li><li>max 90 days every year or 60 days every year for islands with less than 10.000 citizens<\/li><li>max 12.000 \u20ac of earnings each year (included the platform commissions)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. The rents must be declared until the end of the first 20 days of the next month, from the rent day.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Examples<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Total amount of earnings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An administrator has rent a house for 5 days for 500 \u20ac each day. Additionaly he has rent another house for 6 days for the same price. As a result the total amount of earnings is 500 x 5 + 500 x 6 = 2.500 + 3.000 = 6.500 \u20ac. The amount is less than 12.000 \u20ac so it&#8217;s legal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deadline for declaring the rents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An administrator rented a house on 6th of June.
